Cancellation Policy
Guests failing to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment will be charged 50% for scheduled services.
No shows will be charged 50% of scheduled services and may lose booking privileges.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. I may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive 10 or more minutes passed the start time of their scheduled appointment. In this case, the guest will be charged as per cancellation policy.
